Job describe:
- Market research and trend analysis to apply to selective marketing plans.
- Planning, direction, market research, and insight analysis for online marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for developing annual, quarterly, and monthly plans and managing the effective implementation of online marketing strategies for internal and client projects.
- Organizing, training, and allocating tasks for the marketing team. Managing the progress of team members, guiding the team to achieve KPI goals.
- Planning, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, Zalo OA to ensure campaign effectiveness for clients and internally.
- Developing and organizing SEO/SEM plans to increase website rankings and traffic.
- Organizing brainstorming sessions to generate new and creative development strategies to enhance customer experience and touchpoints across multiple channels.
- Collaborating closely with the sales and account teams to align objectives. Developing suitable digital marketing plans and allocating marketing budgets rationally across different channels.
- Monitoring closely the marketing activities of clients and internally, measuring and evaluating campaign performance against goals (ROI & KPI).
- Reporting weekly and periodically to the management
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, related fields, or a strong passion for Marketing.
- 1-2 years of experience in leadership positions or as a Digital Marketing specialist with practical knowledge and experience in various online marketing platforms. Experience managing teams of over 5 people. Experience managing multiple communication projects with both moderate and large budgets.
- Ability to read and analyze data from advertising accounts on platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook, Zalo, etc.
- Ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans and execute campaigns for both Performance Marketing and Branding Marketing.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to plan, monitor campaigns, and manage teams effectively.
- Analytical skills, creative thinking, team building, problem-solving skills, ability to handle issues efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and take responsibility for work proactively.
